You can quickly filter the products you like according to the features you want and add them to your cart. You can get information about the status of your orders.

Can I shopping without singing up?

Yes, you can shop without being a member.

How can I update my membership information?

After logging in to minimadecor.com with your user information and password, you can update your membership information in the “My Account” section.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, it will be sufficient to click on the “Forgot Password” link in the member login section and write your e-mail address in the box on the next page. A link will be sent to your e-mail address so that you can change your password. You can set a new password by clicking the link.

How can I unsubscribe from the e-mail list?

To unsubscribe from our e-mail list, you can email us your opt-out request by sending an e-mail to online@minimadecor.us.

How long is the warranty period?

All of our products are covered by a 2 year Minima Decor warranty.

Where are the products manufactured?

Minimadecor products are produced in Ocasso factories.

Do the prices include VAT?

All product prices sold on minimadecor.com.tr include VAT.

How will I proceed in case of quality problems with my product?

If you experience a quality problem with your product, you can send an e-mail to online@minimadecor.us and/or start the review process by contacting our Contact Center at 444 04 44.

My product has damaged/missing parts, what can I do?

Although we pack our products carefully, some parts of the product may be damaged during cargo transportation. In such cases, if you send us the number of the damaged part through the part numbers written on the assembly chart, we will send you the new part quickly by courier. You can send your damaged or missing parts requests to online@minimadecor.us.

How will my product be sent to me?

When you shop on minimadecor.com.tr, the products are sent to you by our contracted cargo company.

Where do you provide cargo delivery?

We provide cargo delivery to all points of Turkey that cargo companies can reach. Currently, we do not have cargo shipments to the TRNC and abroad.

How much is the shipping fee?

For your purchases on minimadecor.com.tr, free shipping is provided to all of Türkiye.

How long is the product delivery time?

We deliver our stocked products to cargo the next day for the shopping we make on minimadecor.com.tr. We ship the orders you place on the weekend, on the first day of the following week. For special cases, the delivery date is also indicated on the product pages.

How do I know when my product has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, we will notify you to the e-mail address you have given us. Order number, cargo information and cargo tracking number are included in this e-mail. You can inquire about the location of your cargo via the Cargo Tracking Number.

Is it possible to cancel on minimadecor.com.tr?

In order for your order to be cancelled, it must not have been shipped. The “Return Conditions” process is activated for the orders given to the cargo.

Is it possible to change on minimadecor.com.tr?

Products purchased through minimadecor.com.tr cannot be exchanged. Your change requests; If the product has not been shipped, we can cancel it and create an order again, or if the product has been shipped, we can return it and create a new order. You can contact online@minimadecor.us for your change requests and get information about the process.

When can I get a refund for the product I returned?

The fee for the products eligible for the return process will be refunded to you within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method, after the product reaches us and is checked.

How can I return my order?

You can return the products you bought on minimadecor.com.tr within 14 days. You can review the conditions under which returns can be made in the Return Conditions section.

You can make free returns from Yurtiçi Kargo branches. Shipments with buyer’s payment sent with a different cargo company cannot be accepted. It will be sufficient to package adequately to the domestic cargo branches and send our customer code 648744200 (Commercial ID: Meran Oto).

Who bears the shipping cost for returns on minimadecor.com.tr?

The shipping cost belongs to us for the returns that you have created on minimadecor.com.tr and sent with our contracted cargo company. Except for starting the return process on our website, the returns made without the knowledge of the Minima Decor officials are not accepted and the product will be sent back to you.
